Customer challenge
Queen’s Wharf required a lighting system capable of elevating the precinct’s visitor experience while managing an enormous, complex façade. The challenge was to create coordinated, high-impact light shows visible across the river, with seamless control of over 120,000 DMX addresses and thousands of fixtures—reliable enough to run nightly and dynamic enough for year-round events.
The solution
bluebottle supplied and commissioned one of our most technically ambitious pixel maps to date. In partnership with Perigon Electrical, we integrated over 120,000 DMX addresses and 4,000 Philips UNI bar fixtures into a unified, high-performance system. The result is a robust, scalable platform that delivers immersive nightly shows and adapts seamlessly to major events throughout the year.
