And secondly, Heber appreciates Interact City’s user-friendly dashboard, enabling him to manage the new LED luminaires directly from his desk – online and without additional software or the need for substantial training.

 

The solution is simple. Any street lighting point connected to the Interact City Lighting asset management software immediately reports any problems via email as well as automatically communicates its technical data, nominal service time and energy consumption. That means that Jürgen Heber and other city officials can rest assured that everything’s running smoothly in Gaiserwald – and that every LED luminaire is saving as much as 60% more energy than the municipality’s former sodium lamps.
