Customer challenge
The Pathway & English Language Centre is a critical part of the university’s infrastructure. As such, the client sought a system that could seamlessly integrate into the larger university campus network and meet the growing demands of this ever-evolving institution.
Sustainability was a key requirement of the project. The chosen solution should reduce unnecessary power consumption and support the university’s environmental targets.
The solution
Dynalite's multipurpose sensors, along with scheduling and occupancy detection work in unison to ensure lighting is used only when necessary, contributing to the university’s sustainability goals.
As the Pathway and English Language centre has been integrated into the broader campus network, facility management can monitor and adjust lighting levels across the entire campus from a single interface. This centralised control platform improves user experience and empowers facility management to make data-driven decisions about the entire campus network.
