Anna has used her background in Sustainability to further her career and is currently working in EU Taxonomy regulation implementation at Signify as a sustainability Professional. Ten years ago, she started as a trainee, where she developed and discovered her passion for project management. She holds a BSc and Master's in Mechanical Engineering & Environmental from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Spain; a Master's thesis from the Keio University, Japan, and a Professional Doctorate in Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands.
Maria began her career journey in Signify as a Graphic Designer Intern, where she quickly integrated with her team, which led her to become a Marcom Specialist. Her proactivity and enthusiasm were also displayed in her studies at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Rensselaer, in Troy, New York, USA, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science - BS in Communication, Media, and Design. She also volunteers as a part of the Advertising Committee of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers.
Anissa is Signify's General Manager for the Maghreb & French West regions, based in Dubai. She has been in the company for almost 20 years. Since then, she has shown significant growth, from Human resources to finding herself in Marketing and Sales, where she currently leads an essential market in which the efforts to leverage women's social and professional roles are crucial in helping to build equity. Anissa has an MBA in Business, Management & Marketing from Tilburg University, Netherlands. She also is a certified Life Coach from the Robert Simic Coaching Institute.
