Eindhoven, the Netherlands – Signify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, will propose to re-appoint Gerard van de Aast as Supervisory Board member for a tenure of four years at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to be held in 2021.
Gerard van de Aast has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2017. He is Vice chair of the Supervisory Board, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
