Signify endorses the importance of good corporate governance and behavior.
Signify’s corporate governance is based on the Company’s articles of association, the requirements of Dutch law and regulations and the Dutch corporate governance code. Compliance with these requirements are detailed in the corporate governance section of the Company’s latest annual report. Additionally, Signify has implemented a code of conduct, policies, directives and authorization schedules throughout Signify in order to strengthen its governance framework.
