Signify to acquire Cooper Lighting Solutions


On October 15, Signify announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Eaton to acquire Cooper Lighting Solutions. On Wednesday October 16, Eric Rondolat (CEO) and Stéphane Rougeot (CFO) hosted a conference call at 8:00 CET for analysts and institutional investors to discuss this transaction.
