Bergen Sparta Boxing Club in Bergen installed the NatureConnect by Signify, designed to replicate natural daylight. The boxing club is located in an old bomb shelter, built into a mountain with no natural daylight. With NatureConnect, they have succeeded in creating a truly unique lighting experience that enhances the atmosphere and improves light performance.

Customer Challenge

Natural daylight is a luxury when you're in a room without windows, and the members of Bergen Sparta Boxing Club know this all too well. However, they've now invited the light in with NatureConnect by Signify, which provided a custom solution for the club's multifunctional training room. The NatureConnect system was installed by the Norwegian company LOS Elektro and completed in September 2024. Since then, the club’s members have been very satisfied with the new lighting, which has created an entirely new atmosphere in what was previously a dark training space.

Solution

NatureConnect is designed to mimic the natural rhythm of daylight, creating a sense of well-being and energy in the space. The settings can easily be adjusted via wall-mounted switch panels to suit different activities, making it ideal for the multifunctional training room that Bergen Sparta Boxing Club uses for everything from boxing training to table tennis and community events.
