Customer Challenge
As Dubai advances toward its sustainability goals, there was a need to modernize the lighting system of one of its most prestigious landmarks without compromising its grandeur. Jumeirah Emirates Towers were using conventional lighting, which consumed significant energy. The challenge was to integrate eco-efficient lighting that supports energy reduction and environmental stewardship, while preserving the luxurious aesthetics of the towers.
Solution
The installation involved using and incorporating 3 key products from LiteMagic which are the GiantEco, iGrazer, MagicTube, Point direct view luminaires. These fixtures were directly mounted onto the building’s façade in a back-to-back layout on each floor. This installation achieved a direct-view lighting effect, highlighting the towers’ architecture while ensuring optimal visibility and brilliance.Signify’s solution involved the use of connected LED lighting systems, allowing for precision control, reduced light wastage, and enhanced energy efficiency. The technology align with Dubai’s smart city vision, integrating innovation with real-world environmental impact.
