    Safe and healthy workplace


    The health and safety of our employees is our top priority. We care for our people and believe that each employee, contractor, and visitor has the right to a safe working environment. We believe that all accidents and occupational illnesses can be prevented, and that everyone in our organization can play a part in driving our occupational health and safety performance. We strive for an injury-free, illness-free work environment with an emphasis on an injury-prevention mindset.



    Since 2014, we’ve had multi-site certificates for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The ISO 14001 certificate is based on our environmental programs. The ISO 45001 certificate covers safety programs where more preventive measures will create a safer and healthier workplace for our employees. The foundation for these programs is based on legal compliance requirements. We set even higher performance requirements in our policies.

    Employee engagement


    Employee engagement is essential to create a workplace where people belong, have impact, and take pride in the company we build together. Each quarter, we invite our employees to participate in a challenge to take a small step towards a better world—for example, to commute sustainably, or to prepare a carbon-neutral meal. We’ve organized a yearly safety week, a zero-waste challenge, and a carbon offsetting essay contest.
