    As the global leader in lighting, we believe we have an important role to play in helping to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The SDGs are our strategic compass in creating our Brighter Lives, Better World 2025 program and commitments. We believe that we can drive change by focusing on the areas where we can be most influential. Therefore, we are committed and actively working to help achieve SDGs 3, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 13.

    The Global D&I Board was set-up in 2019 to advance Signify’s diversity & inclusion agenda. The Board meets on a regular basis to discuss and review the D&I agenda. The current board comprises of members from the Signify leadership team and other non-leadership team members.
