We continue to strengthen our ongoing commitments by setting ambitious target such as doubling the % of women in leadership positions in the next 5 years. I am extremely passionate about driving this topic, in my daily activity and as a member of the D&I Board, for one simple reason: I value diversity for the richness it brings to us, broadening our perspective with new points of view, both personally and professionally!"
