Lara is a Chartered Engineer with 18 years post-graduation experience having worked on a number of high profile and multi-disciplinary schemes within the Highways and Construction Industry, delivered lighting, electrical and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) consultancy and design services for urban and inter urban schemes both within the public and private sectors. She has an in-depth knowledge of how technology is facilitating the SMART City revolution.
Lara is working closely with a number of Clients to develop sustainable engineering solutions and leveraging technologies to support achieving desired operational outcomes and near-term returns on investments.
Lara is also the Future Ready Leader for (ITS), looking at the implementation and operationalising of WSP’s innovation programme within ITS to help make projects ready for tomorrow’s world as well as today.
Alessandro is responsible for setting-up strategic account base within the European specification channel (Architects, Engineers, Lighting Designers, MEP Contractors) to create Worldwide demand generation for Philips Lighting portfolio, incl. subsidiaries.
