Circular Lighting Live 2025

Circular Lighting Live is part of Recolight’s agenda to connect the supply chain as the lighting industry moves towards net zero carbon.

The climate crises presents a huge challenge to us all. Changes are needed at Governmental levels, but businesses can do a lot to make a difference. One crucial change that is needed is to fully embrace and adopt Circular Economy principles. Legislative changes and customer requirements are placing emphasis on lighting that is truly sustainable – products that are not just energy efficient, but which are also resource efficient. We need to keep products in use for longer, rather than simply discarding them, or needlessly recycling them.

Circular Lighting Live is now in it’s fourth year.

Circular Lighting Live 2025

2025 delivered a host of new features all in a bigger and more prestigious venue in the heart of London. These included

  • The Build Back Better Awards 2025 will celebrate and reward creativity, innovation, social purpose and environmental leadership in a spectacular presentation ceremony in the main arena.
  • Innovations in Sustainability is a hands-on track which will focus on deep dives into technologies and innovations with a role to play in decarbonising buildings. These will include sustainable materials, components, controls platforms, luminaires and ground-breaking projects.
  • New formats include the Just One Thing’ micro presentations which will focus on inspirational stories of sustainability in action as well as expert panel discussions, keynote speakers and explainers on legislation, certification and more.
  • The expanded exhibition space will allow delegates to get up close with the latest developments in luminaires, materials, components and controls from a wide range of leading brands, representing a unique opportunity to see sustainable lighting products under one roof.

These enhancements built on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from the 2024 event, which had a 13 per cent increase in specifiers including lighting designers, consulting engineers and architects.

The unanimous feedback from the 300 delegates attending in 2024 confirmed that Circular Lighting Live, now in its fourth year, provides essential information and clarity in what is a both a vital, but also a rapidly changing landscape.
