    Signify’s Procurement function has implemented a dedicated Procurement Code of Ethics. The Procurement Code of Ethics applies to all Signify Procurement employees and is an integral part of the Integrity code. Signify expects from their suppliers to respect this policy and build a business relationship together with integrity.

    Eligible Buying Locations List

    The Eligible Buying Locations List provides details of legal entities entitled to participate in both Bill of Materials and Non-Product Related Purchasing Agreements under the Signify terms and conditions.

    The Signify Global Travel Policy applies to suppliers traveling on Signify behalf.

    Trade & Customs Compliance

    As part of Trade & Customs Compliance strategy, Signify is digitalizing processes to ensure compliance in (preferential) origin and related product classification.

    Determination of these attributes, including the collection of information from suppliers, plays a vital role in adhering to customs legislation and the ability to apply for beneficial programs.  


    Invoice Requirements

    As part of our strategy and continuous improvement efforts, Signify has implemented digital processing of supplier invoices. This includes receipt of invoice through PDF format subject to local legal and fiscal requirements.
