For example, we set clear targets and provide timely progress updates. We provide tailor-made training and coaching on specific social, environmental and governance issues. And we audit supplier performance, crucially providing proper support to help non-compliant suppliers take corrective action.
The journey towards supply chain sustainability is a challenging one, often requiring an industry-wide effort in collaboration with other societal stakeholders. That’s why we take a leading role in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and encourage our strategic suppliers to join the RBA too.
