Lamp only

Components in this category find only application in the lighting industry. Included in this category are starters, glow switches, capping cement, frit rings and polycrystalline tubes (light emitting element in a high-pressure discharge lamp).

Lamp only components

capping cement

Capping cement

Capping cements are fit to use in GLS, ECO halogen, TL, CFL and HID applications. They come in a ready to use paste or as a premix powder.

Features and benefits:

  • Guaranteed high torque strength during lamp life
  • Low strain level in glass
  • Remains flexible to compensate for different extension coefficients
ceremic frit rings

Ceramic frit rings

Ceramic rings are used to get a gas tight seal between the burner tube and the metal feed through. They are made of high purity materials in a special sintering process.

Features and benefits:

  • Gas tight, good melting and flow behavior
  • Low levels of carbon and water
  • Melting trajectory process window of 80 °C
glow switches

Glow switches

High Pressure Sodium Vapor glow switches:

  • For use in combination with bi-metal switch or without.
  • Pulse voltage min 1300V
  • Lifetime min. 2000 cycles.
  • Application range 50W/70W

Compact Fluorescent non-integrated:

  • Types: PL7/9, PL11, Pl13, PLC26, PLX26
pca tubes

PCA (Poly Crystalline Alumina) Tubes

PCA Tubes are used in HPS (High-pressure sodium) lamps. HPS lamps are widely used in industrial lighting, especially in large manufacturing facilities, and are commonly used as plant grow lights. They are also used for outdoor area lightings, such as on roadways, parking lots, and security areas. PCA Tubes are always adjusted to customer specifications.

standard and special for tanning lamps
