We remain committed to inclusive leadership. We foster an inclusive culture across our organization. Our priority is to attract and support active and well-rounded leaders of all types. While this goal will take different forms in local organizations, our global organization has set a goal to increase the share of women in leadership positions to 34% by the end of 2030.

The health and safety of our employees is our top priority. We care for our people and believe that every employee, contractor, and visitor has the right to a safe working environment. We believe that all accidents and occupational illnesses are preventable, and that everyone in our organization can play a part in advancing our occupational health and safety performance. We strive for an injury-free, illness-free workplace by fostering a strong prevention mindset and continuously improving our safety culture.

Certification 

Since 2014, we have maintained multisite certifications for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, reflecting the strength of our environmental and occupational health and safety programs. While these programs are built on meeting all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, our internal policies set even higher performance standards to ensure continual improvement across our operations.
