Annual risk assessments, both of ourselves and of our suppliers, focus on fair labor practices and anti-corruption measures.

Responsible Supply Chain

At Signify, we have a direct business relationship with over 3,000 product and component suppliers. Responsible procurement practices and management of our supply chain require a structured and innovative approach due to the wide variety of stakeholders.

Preventing human rights violations

Signify has developed several programs over the years to prevent human rights violations in its supply chain. We will continue to audit our suppliers’ facilities for human rights issues, including forced labor, child labor, fair pay, and safe working conditions.

Our ambition is to ensure fair and safe working conditions audited for over 100,000 workers in the value chain by the end of 2030.
