Our remanufacturing service gives luminaires a second life by turning existing installations — often 7–10 years old — into as-new products. We recover and reuse components, add new parts where needed, and return a fully tested, warrantied luminaire with upgraded performance and a significantly reduced carbon and material footprint.

The process

1. Feasibility

We assess the technical, economic, and environmental feasibility of remanufacturing your installed luminaires.

2. Preparation

Together we align on quotation, terms, rotating stock, donor and destination sites, and project responsibilities.

3. Decommission

Your team decommissions, checks, packs, and transports donor luminaires to the Signify factory (optional transport support available).

4. Remanufacture

We inspect, disassemble, clean, and harvest usable components, then assemble, test, package, and ship the remanufactured luminaires back to your sites.
