Roland van Esch

As the business leader of the BG LED Electronics, Roland has gained strong experiences in multiple fields both from the business and technical angle. His expertise in engineering, lean practices and manufacturing merge with strengths in management and leadership and manifest themselves in continous and excellent improvements he established in former and current roles.

Gijs von Morgen:

As head of strategy for LED Electronics, Gijs von Morgen has developed the value space strategy model as the Signify benchmark. Starting with market insights, position assessment and ambition definition completed with detailing strategy to action, the value space model offers an encompassing strategy LED Electronics that is anchored into daily practice. Continuous feedback for opportunity selection and refinements sharpen the overall strategy for growth by scale and scope. Gijs has built the approach based on his extensive experiences in product development, lean breakthrough projects, operations management, product and marketing management.
