Customer challenge
Miljøgartneriet operates a 77,000 m² greenhouse, producing vegetables in a challenging Nordic climate. Without a central heating system, the grower needed a solution to maintain stable growing conditions year-round. Achieving consistent light levels while managing energy consumption and scaling production required a flexible lighting solution that could adapt to both crop needs and changing daylight conditions.
Solution
Signify has supplied Philips Horti LED lamps to the 70,000m² greenhouse. The solution enables Miljøgartneriet to create optimal growing conditions by delivering the right spectrum and intensity at the right time.
