You should contact us here.  You will need to provide the following information:  the date code(s) and product number(s), name and location of the distributor/sales representative from whom you purchased the product(s), the date(s) of your purchase(s), and number of affected units that you purchased.  After we receive this information, we will make arrangements to send you replacement products at no cost.  Until then, the light fixtures on any affected product should be removed from the track rail in order to eliminate the potential of a falling hazard until corrective action can be coordinated.
