    Luminaire Service Program


    Signify is delighted to offer our 2020 Luminaire Service Program.
    Brands included in the Indoor/Outdoor guide are Chloride, Color Kinetics, Day-Brite, Lightolier, Stonco, Hadco (Landscape), Gardco, and Lumec.

    The goal of our service program is to ensure we fully support your shelf stocking requirements and provide you with reliable lead-times to address the demanding timelines of construction and retrofit lighting projects.


    This program allows you to select the product and corresponding lead time to meet the needs of your specific customer’s project. We have developed the following categories:


    • STOCK products are in stock and will be shipped in 48hrs from our warehouses*.

    • Distributor Stock products are a subset of the Service Smart items that should be
     maintained on distributor shelves at all times to manage everyday contractor demand.

    • Quick Ship 10 products will be assembled to order and ship within 2 weeks from our factories*.

     *Service promise is calculated from the time the order is entered until it is shipped

    Our commitment to you


    Our delivery commitment is backed by a significant investment in finished goods and component inventory. If any unforeseen issues arise or if order volume exceeds maximum order quantity, we will do our best to meet your needs and confirm an acceptable ship date.


    Standard lead time products will ship within 4 to 8 weeks, while lead times for special, made to order and custom configured products for all luminaire brands can be confirmed by contacting the order desk.


    Lead time is from the time the order is entered and received by our warehouse. Our goal is to enter orders within one business day of receipt.


    To enable fast order entry, orders must be received with complete and correct catalog numbers and reference to the source of pricing (i.e. quote number or pricing program). It is recommended that you reference “Service Guide” on your orders for product in this guide to speed the order entry process.


    In order to avoid delays, it is recommended that stock orders be “stand alone" so that they may be shipped within the promised time-frame.


    To ensure we satisfy all our customers optimally and meet the committed lead times, maximum order quantities may apply. If the order exceeds the set threshold, Signify will contact you to work out a feasible schedule for your large order. It is always advised to work with your Signify representative to give advance notice of your large order.

    Terms and Conditions


    Freight Terms: Individual order minimum of $1,000;

    $100 shipping and handling fee for orders less than $1,000.


    1% 10th Prox 2nd, Net 25th Prox 2nd for Stock Orders.


    1% 10th Prox, Net 25th Prox for Drop Ship/Project Business.
