    Signify Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approves all proposals

     

    Eindhoven, the Netherlands – Signify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, today announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) approved all proposals, including the payment of a cash dividend of EUR 1.30 per share over 2018.

    Signify’s 2018 results are included in Signify’s 2018 Annual Report that was published on February 26, 2019.
