Signify further strengthens its professional lighting portfolio with outdoor specification luminaires

  • In 2026, Signify will make 27 European-produced specification luminaire families available under the Signify brand
  • Signify is also streamlining digital touchpoints and product collateral so customers and partners can find the right information faster, with a more consistent experience
  • The Signify brand continues to take a more prominent role across its professional portfolio as part of the company’s long-term brand strategy joining Philips, Signify Interact, and Signify Dynalite as a major product brand

Eindhoven, the NetherlandsSignify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, continues on its journey to strengthen Signify as a product brand across its professional lighting portfolio.

Signify began the rollout process in Europe with Signify-branded luminaires for urban lighting in 2025. In 2026, Signify is introducing more of its European-produced outdoor specification portfolio under the Signify brand, alongside other established brands such as Philips, Signify Interact, and Signify Dynalite. The shift is a brand transition only and has no effect on Signify’s local-for-local sourcing strategy. Updates to content, tools, collateral, and key digital touchpoints all intended to help customers find the right products and product information more quickly, and with a more consistent experience.

Sophie Breton, President, Professional Business, Europe, at Signify, pointed to the importance of the Signify brand’s growing role in its portfolio of high-performance, energy-efficient, and circular lighting solutions.

We want to make working with Signify simpler and more intuitive for our customers. By expanding the Signify product brand across more of our broad specification portfolio, we create a clearer and more consistent experience while maintaining continuity.”

What’s changing in 2026 (and what’s not)

In Europe, 22 product families will switch to the Signify brand in May 2026, followed by additional family rollouts in June, September, and October. Key highlights of the May release include Iridium gen4 Mini for roadways, CitySoul gen2 LED Mini for urban areas, and OptiVision LED gen3.5 for recreational sports.

To ensure stability and continuity for customers, products will continue to have the quality that customers expect from Signify. The transition will change how selected products are presented under the Signify brand, but ordering procedures, product performance, technical documentation, and commercial terms will remain the same.

The company website www.signify.com will remain the central hub for customers and partners to access Signify’s broad professional lighting portfolio of brands, products, systems, and services.
