Through volunteering and luminaire donation Signify is working to provide adequate lighting for educational and health services in Argentina.
Take a look at some of the market corporate social responsibility initiatives in Argentina:
The volunteer team ‘Energy Guardians’ visited Hospital de Niños Ricardo Gutierrez. This renowned hospital has been serving Buenos Aires for 130 years. Nowadays, there are seven waiting rooms within the hospital, where approximately 1,000 children are made to wait for hours before receiving medical assistance. Thanks to this creative and generous volunteer team, children in the hospital can enjoy an amusing activity while receiving a caring environmental message.
“Plácido Marín School” is a high-quality educational project which offers no-cost education to families in Boulogne, Gran Buenos Aires district. Their mission is to transform the complex environment of those families, mainly associated with social vulnerability. Signify Argentina partnered with our customer Pelba and participated in this project with luminaire donation.
‘Pequeño Hogar Exaltación de la Cruz’ is a nonprofit Civil Organization. Their mission is to foster and protect children at risk. Signify Argentina has been collaborating with this institution for three years, through the donation of luminaires and different supplies, as well as volunteer programs to visit their premises and spend time with the children.
