FAQs
The page covers a broad selection of recessed, semi-recessed, surface and linear accent formats. Families include the LuxSpace Accent Performance Adjustable and LuxSpace Accent Compact ranges, the GreenSpace Accent Gen2 and GreenSpace Evo Mini ranges, CoreLine Recessed Spot gen2, SmartBright Pro Spotlight, Deep Recessed Spotlight, EcoAccent, Ambifit and Flex Cove. This is a representative selection, so browse the full family list to see every series.
Luminous flux across the families on this page ranges from 545 lm to 6,200 lm, and efficacy ranges from 74 lm/W to 157 lm/W. Colour temperatures span 2,200 K to 6,500 K, and CRI ranges from 80 to 90. Exact values depend on the variant, so confirm the variant-level figures on each family's product datasheet before specification.
The difference is how the light can be aimed. Fixed versions, such as GreenSpace Accent Fixed Gen2, direct light straight down. Adjustable, elbow and cardanic versions, such as LuxSpace Accent Compact Adjustable, LuxSpace Accent Performance Elbow and GreenSpace Accent Cardanic Gen2, let installers aim the beam at displays or architectural features. Check the aiming range on each family datasheet.
Many families on this page are dimmable, but not all of them, so check each variant. Dimming is available through a control system (e.g. DALI) using a suitable driver in the luminaire, or through wireless dimming protocols. DALI-2 and D4i variants serve installations that need multi-master addressing or sensor-on-driver data. Interact-Ready luminaires with suitable Interact-Ready drivers connect wirelessly to the Interact platform. See the lighting controls overview for details.
The families on this page are available in IP20, IP44 and IP65 variants. IP20 suits dry indoor ceilings. IP44 and IP65 variants provide higher protection against water and dust ingress. Some recessed versions carry a different rating below the ceiling than above it. Select the rating that matches the installation environment's ingress-protection requirements, and confirm it on the family datasheet.
Rated lifetime across the families on this page ranges from 50,000 to 100,000 hours, depending on the variant and its lumen-maintenance class. A standard 5-year warranty applies Warranty terms can differ by country and project type, so verify the warranty period and conditions that apply in your market with the local Signify representative or authorised partner.
Choose accent downlights when the goal is highlighting objects, displays or architectural features rather than providing uniform ambient light. They are often combined with general downlights in the same ceiling. Validate the final layout in DIALux or Relux against the illuminance targets in EN 12464-1 for the specific application.
The LuxSpace Accent families on this page, including LuxSpace Accent Compact Elbow, are available via Signify's Online Product Configurator (OPC). The configurator lets you select CCT, CRI, lumen output and optics. Datasheets, IES/LDT photometric files and BIM/Revit objects can be downloaded for both pre-configured SKUs and configurator-generated codes. For other families, downloads are available on each product family page.
Signify's professional luminaires are purchased through authorised partners and dealers, not directly online. Use the "Where to buy" or contact option on signify.com to reach a local partner or Signify representative. They can provide pricing, lead times, samples and project support. Include the product codes from the family datasheet or configurator output in your request to speed up quotation.
