Signify strengthens its professional lighting portfolio with outdoor specification luminaires

  •  In Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and South America, all specification sports luminaires will move to the Signify brand on July 1, and all specification road, solar, tunnel, and flood luminaires will move to the Signify brand by the end of 2026
  • The Signify product brand continues to take a more prominent role across its professional portfolio as part of the company’s long-term brand strategy
  • Signify is also streamlining digital touchpoints and product collateral so customers and partners can find the right information faster, with a more consistent experience
Eindhoven, the NetherlandsSignify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, continues on its journey to strengthen Signify as a product brand across its professional lighting portfolio. Signify began the rollout process in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and South America in 2025, with Signify-branded luminaires for sports and urban lighting. In 2026, Signify will focus on presenting more of its outdoor specification portfolio under the Signify brand, alongside other established brands in our portfolio such as Philips and Color Kinetics. The shift to the Signify brand will be supported by updates to content, tools, collateral, and key digital touchpoints—all intended to help customers find the right products and product information more quickly, and with a more consistent experience. Signify products will remain the trusted products with the quality that customers have come to expect.
Rami Hajjar, President, Emerging Markets at Signify, pointed to the importance of the Signify brand’s growing role in its portfolio of high-performance, energy efficient and circular lighting solutions.

We want to make working with Signify simple and intuitive for our customers—including making it easier to identify and specify the right products, systems, and services for their projects,” Mr. Hajjar said. “By expanding the Signify product brand across more of the broad specification portfolio, we create a clearer and more consistent experience while maintaining continuity.

What’s changing in 2026 (and what’s not)

In Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and South America, all specification sports luminaires will move to the Signify brand by the end of June 2026, followed by all specification road, solar, tunnel, and flood luminaires by the end of the year. These join the ActiStar Large and GreenVision Xceed Pro families, which were made available under the Signify brand in 2025. The company website www.signify.com will remain the central hub for customers and partners to access Signify’s broad professional lighting portfolio of brands, products, systems, and services.
