Eindhoven, The Netherlands – Signify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, today announced that its Trulifi 6004 system is the first Light Fidelity (LiFi) technology to receive FIPS 140-3 validation, an advanced cryptographic security standard issued by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). This milestone makes Trulifi 6004 the only LiFi solution validated to meet FIPS 140-3 requirements, which are widely recognized in both the public and private sectors as the benchmark for securing sensitive and business-critical data.
