At the beginning of 2025, Philips Hue announced its first generative AI assistant. The AI assistant is now officially live in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
The assistant understands context to bring AI-powered lighting to life. Users simply type or speak their mood, style, or occasion, and the assistant instantly recommends an existing scene or generates a new one if there’s no good match or the user requests it.
