Round-the-clock hospitality at the Workspace Design Show

See how our lighting solutions built a special ambiance for visitors to the show

In November 2025, more than 5000 professionals visited Amsterdam’s RAI event space for the Workspace Design Show, which connects the region’s workplace interiors community for two days of inspiration, innovation, and networking. The Workspace Design Show returned to Amsterdam and at its heart is Radiance, a lounge and bar by M Moser designed to awaken the senses. As the show’s exclusive food and drink destination, Radiance offers a vibrant setting for connection, conversation and celebration. may experience reduced cognitive function, impaired reaction times, and decreased focus, which can compromise their performance and safety on the track.

A lounge that moves with your day

Radiance evolves with the rhythm of the day, from focused mornings to energized afternoons and lively evenings. The lounge uses lighting and sensory cues to mirror the natural arc of the day, helping visitors feel good and connect with others.

As the day ends, Radiance takes on a new energy as the official after-party for the Frame Awards. This concept invites visitors to slow down and experience the subtle transitions of time, using light, scent, sound and spatial design to tap into memory, mood and the body’s natural rhythms.

Radiance is an immersive experience with captivating light, curated soundscapes and attractive scents, helping you feel good and connect with others.

Bringing Radiance to life with connected lighting

Signify teamed up with Certified System Integrator partner LivingProjects to commission and install a layered lighting scheme that would elevate the Radiance lounge and bar area, designed by our customer M Moser Associates. The design blends innovative technology with subtle visual storytelling, resulting in a dynamic light show that transforms with the rhythm of the day.
The setup

Signify lighting application specialist Wibeke Vandevelde-Polle and programmer Rob van Gils worked to design and execute a carefully orchestrated experience featuring a powerful combination of Philips Hue, Interact, DMX and Pharos controls, working seamlessly together thanks to smart API links. Signify myCreation environment. Signify colleagues also made use of the momentum of the space to make new connections with potential customers.

This collaboration showcased the power of 3: what is possible when design, technology, and experience thinking align. It’s a great example of how lighting can be more than simply functional- it is emotional, experiential, and integral to well-being.

Our design philosophy, “every hour glows”, reflects how each part of the day, morning, noon and sunset, brings its own radiance in both light and feeling."

pendant luminaires added a bespoke, artisanal touch, while ColorKinetics Graze was deployed to enhance texture and spatial depth of the curtains.

A standout feature was the integration of a VariLite moving head, designed to mimic the shifting quality of natural daylight. By simulating the sun’s trajectory and color temperature changes, the installation reinforced circadian comfort and well-being, mirroring how natural light influences emotional and cognitive performance throughout the day.

Visitors could experience firsthand how personalized lighting can transform workspace mood, from focused to social to restorative, reinforcing the idea of the workplace as a dynamic, user-centric
