    A 6 Star Green Star design, purpose-built 25,000 square metre development home to 1,800 personnel. Designed in collaboration with the department to provide a ‘vertical village’ workspace, includes a communal rooftop terrace with an outdoor dining area and a sports court. CRS was appointed to provide the interactive facility with an intelligent interactive lighting control solution. The Phillips Dynalite lighting control system allows to manage, control and monitor every light and area with high level integration to Building Management, Security, Fire Services and Audio-Visual controls.

    This large-scale project lies beneath Australia’s largest city and helps to power and protect a number of iconic buildings. It required a huge commitment and state-of-the-art lighting solutions using Philips Dynalite  technology, including Envision Manager software, with integration into an OBSI system.

    Lendlease has entered a new era of workplace design with the opening of its new global headquarter at Barangaroo's Tower three, which it designed and built to show what it can develop for clients. The world class construction and infrastructure giant is now walking the talk in creating a modern office space that offers the latest in design concepts. CRS was commissioned to implement the Philips Dynalite integrated lighting control throughout to achieve this cutting edge set up.

    Suncorp has unveiled its modern new Sydney premises located in the Barangaroo precinct. The refurbished building at 10 Shelley Street has been designed with technology at its core to enable Suncorp’s employees to have the freedom to choose how and where they work.  Quiet rooms, agile team spaces, event spaces, and collaborative hubs with plenty of space and natural light; CRS provided bespoke energy management solution sensing natural resources and monitoring requirements.
