Hong Kong International Airport Midfield Concourse
    Hong Kong

The Midfield Concourse is located between the two existing runways at Hong Kong International Airport. The project is a five-level concourse with a total of 105,000 square meters, including 20 aircraft parking stands.

The design incorporated a series of green features including the deployment of occupancy sensors in washrooms and boarding bridges, daylight sensors at the glazed façade and DALI controls for each luminaire.

    • Over 15,000 DALI fittings across the entire concourse are being controlled and monitored centrally by the Envision Manager software.
    • Lights are independently monitored for energy and fault management.
    • Philips Dynalite lighting control system is fully integrated with facilities management services.

    Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge
    Hong Kong

The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a mega-size sea crossing linking Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macao. It is the largest bridge-tunnel and sea-crossing system in the world.

In Hong Kong port, it has passenger and vehicle clearance buildings. The design of the project is environmentally friendly, using an automated and intelligent lighting control system in the office areas.

    • The lighting control system is fully integrated with the buidling management system and the audiovisual control system.
    • Both the normal lighting and battery-powered emergency lighting were controlled and monitored by the Envision Manager software.
    • The government-controlled duration test and emergency lighting function test can be performed with the Envision Manager software, saving on the labor of the building managers.

    Studio City

Studio City is a hotel and casino resort in Cotai Macau. It is also the first Casino in Macau that adopted a full DALI lighting control system in its design.

    • The project included lighting control for the many lobbies, ballrooms, corridors, event centers and the casino.
    • The flexibility in grouping lights in the casino was asked by the client to take into account the future reorganization of the gambling tables.
    • The solution was managed from a central location via the Envision Manager software and distributed across the site via the TCP/IP network infrastructure.
