When replacing a driver that uses dimming, it is important to replace it with a driver that has compatible dimming characteristics.  First determine the following:

    1. Does the installed luminaire use dimming? If not, it does not matter whether you use a dimmable or a non-dimmable driver, as long as the output voltage, current & power of the new driver are matched with the range of the driver being replaced.

    2. Determine type of dimmer being used (e.g. 0-10V, leading edge, trailing edge, TRIAC, Dali, D4i, DMX).

    3. Choose a driver with compatible dimming
